As responsible breeders, we are careful to ensure that our dogs are healthy and free from any inheritable diseases prior to breeding. We take extra measures to ensure and promote the health of our dogs by having hip x-rays, eye examinations and Cardiac clearances performed on our dogs prior to breeding. Puppies are vet checked and vaccinated before they are placed with their new owners. Our puppies are de-wormed four times and receive their first shots before going to their new owners. We also provide the new owner with the names of our veterinaries in case they have any questions.

Puppies are sold on a limited AKC registration.

If you are considering the possibility of adding a ''Goldenridge Kennel''  puppy to your family, we would love to speak to you and assist you in making an educated decision about the right choice of a dog for your family. We are happy to place our puppies with loving, responsible families who have the time, resources and facilities to provide a good, permanent home for their puppy.

Potential buyers should have a stable home environment with a yard and be willing to attend obedience classes. Above all, your puppy must live in your home with you and be part of the family. We enjoy staying in touch with our pups and their families after they leave us, and are happy to provide any support that may be needed as you adjust to life with your new family member. We sincerely hope that all of our puppy placements are permanent, however, in the event that the new owners are unable to keep their puppy for any reason, we ask that the puppy be returned to us so that we can place it in a suitable new home.

All pups go to veterinary at six weeks of age for a  physical , shots and worming. Our pups are in

home raised.  All of our puppies come with a ‘’HEALTH GUARANTEE’’

which is in accordance with the State Of Maine-Chapter 745  --  Sale of Dogs and Cats laws.

We have longevity in all of our lines .  Our oldest family member is Harley and he

is going on 14 years young. Our breeding stock have health clearances such as

OFA/CERF/CARDIAC and we also have CHIC certified dogs.

We are also accepting $300.00 deposits on our upcoming

American Red litter and $500.00 dollars deposit on our  ‘’FULL EURO’’ creme

spring / 2010 litter.
